Do Not Use Erica Snyder!
by very annoyed & frustrated , 02/27/2013
horrible service, secretaries cut you off when trying to leave a message for the lawyer and refuse to provide lawyer's cell phone number knowing the lawyer is never in the office. The lawyer does not call back the secretary does and leaves a very vague and confusing message. The lawyer, Erica Snyder is either extremely stupid or very conniving. She showed up to every court appearance without any of the case documents, did not even know the case #, and I had to tell her how to properly fill out a simple continuance form. Every time she has to send paperwork to someone it takes her 2 weeks to get them the information but she will tell you it was confirmed as received within a couple days. We were told we needed a guardian ad lietum for our case on 1/8 and as of 2/27 (today) we still have not met with one because Erica still has not gotten paperwork taken care of. Do not use Erica Snyder!

He put me on hold came back and told me that you have 30 days from the creditors meeting to take the class. This was wrong and would had totally screwed up everything that we had done, and we would of had to refile. I called then and a second short black haired guy that answers the phone said oh the other guy would of not of told you that and was sticking up for him and very rude. Well guess what he did give us miss information. Then I asked to speak to the attorn
