Had a lot of damage in our home - needed 2 vinyl floors and 4 areas of carpet. I spent a couple weeks trying to pick out just the right things. The main carpet we were interested in, cost a bit more than most in the store, but the sales rep talked it up and it seemed like really good stuff. We expressed a sincere interest in it but wanted to be sure so we asked a lot of questions about it. We spent a lot of time at the store, off and on and since the sales rep had been very helpful, telling us from the start that some of the colors and/or grades of that carpet had to be special ordered and could take a couple weeks to come in I wasn't too surprised to find out that the one I wanted fell into that category. Though we didn't want to wait that long we were so impressed by the attentiveness of the rep and the helpfulness of everyone in the store, and it turned out that the carpet on display was a bit cheaper than a nearby competitor so, after telling our insurance company we'd prefer not to use their flooring program which would have walked us through the entire process, making sure everything was done just so and that the carpet we chose would fall within the flooring budge - we asked to be released from that so that we could use Wall to Wall. The day I went in to place the order - after having their guy come to my house to measure, after collecting samples all over the area and talking to Wall to Wall's rep at length about this, and other, carpets - as I began to place the order, it was then that the rep told me that because this carpet was special order it would cost $1.49 per square foot than what was on the signage - $1.49 more that what we had been quoted. That's a HUGE difference and of course we didn't have enough to cover that much of a difference so after all that, we had to find our carpet - that same carpet - somewhere else at a price we could afford. As though that weren't enough - we had also been looking at vinyl samples and had chosen two that we really liked. Our contractor ordered them for us and we proceeded to pick our paint, bathroom accessories, etc. - well designed our bathroom around the coloring in the flooring of course TWO WEEKS AFTER ORDERING THE VINYL - when the room was all finished except for the floor - we got a call from that same rep telling us that that particular vinyl is no longer in stock. As you might guess, I'm not at all happy with Wall to Wall and now we have to repaint the brand new room to match a floor we had to make a quick decision on. I can't imagine how it could take two weeks for them to get back with us that the vinyl was no longer available. But I will never go to this store again.

After a flood in my home resulted in mold, I spent 7 weeks in a hotel while various agencies slowly did their work. When at last I was able to select new flooring at Wall 2 Wall in Ogden, Utah, I placed my order and that same day tile was delivered and the work was begun. The next day half the house was finished. The work was highly professional and flawless. I was amazed with the fair and honest people I worked with. I have never had better service and been so extremely pleased. I am not a trusting person, but I would not hesitate to trust them completely again. It was a pleasure to work with Wall 2 Wall because they made the process simple and smooth. They proved to be completely dependable, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you, Wall 2 Wall.

Our experience was horrid with these carpet installers. They promised us an install date and time and then called the morning of to change it. This really put us in a bind, and moved things back several days. We had other contractor jobs hinging on this installation. I spoke to the MANAGER (who said it wasn't his problem). I cannot even begin to tell you how incredibly rude he was on the phone. I have not had this poor of customer service EVER. I will never work with them again. In the end, we cancelled our order and went with Ogden Carpets. I would advise you to avoid them like the plague!
