Poor Service by Desert Hiker - 08/02/2008
They showed up for the quote, did the review but the whole time acted uninterested. When the time came for the quote, he said he would have to go back to the office and finish it and would mail the quote. Never received a quote.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!

Poor service!! by accurate - 03/25/2008
I do not recommend these people at all! I waited for three additional hours beyond my scheduled appointment.

After calling their office again some teenage girl who had no knowledge of my appointment told me to wait and

they would send someone soon. After four more hours a service tech showed up who could hardly speak

English told me my thermostat was bad and wanted to charge me $500 to replace it!! Overall I was very

disappointed with Walker. I would not recommend them.
