I called 3 times.put on hold and I finally hung up and went over there. Customers lined up....only one cashier, one cashier at the photo ctr. and about 4 working the the pharmacy. I need a medical supply and only wanted someone to tell me if they had them. I went to the pharmacy to the consult window.......stood there for a good 10 mins. while everyone walked past me. I went to CVS and got what I needed in a very shot time I will NEVER go to Wal Greens again. They should be the poster for NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Poor customer service. On hold forever!

After having me on hold for a very long time, I hung up and called back, then was on hold for an additional 3-5 minutes. When thay finally answered the phone the person that answered the phone didn't even want to tell me the price of the medication that I was interested in. I had to ask twice because the store clerk was seemingly too lazy to get out from behind the counter and check for me. He then came back and said "between 10 and 20 dollars" I was thinking..... "Well gee, thanks I could have given myself an estimate myself, lol"
