A by GJ Girl - 03/03/2009Out of all businesses I have dealt with in Grand Junction Colorado, these are the best I have ever dealt with. Repairs were dealt with in a timely manner which is A in my book. The office staff made you feel like family and are there to help you when needed. I received my security deposit back in a timely manner as well, which was very nice. They are fair in every aspect. Thank you for the wonderful business!!
AWFUL by Ski_chic - 11/18/2008Don't waste your time messing with these clowns. I have rented from three companies in GJ and these guys are far and away the worst. They are extrememly difficult to work with. I could never get straight answers, the answers they gave turned out to be lies. Paula is a crook and her boss, Terry sets the standard for unethical behaviour at every turn. STAY AWAY!!!
