My wife and I have been going to Wagner's for both our cars for over a year and things seemed fine but our most recent visit or two just left us unsatisfied. They misdiagnose what the problem was for our car and charged us for something they did only to have the engine light come back on in the car and charging us once more ot finally fix the problem. I understand stuff like this can happen but they never once refunded us for the first visit which was their mistake. If you need ad oil change or inspection ... go to them but if you need something major looked at or done .. go someplace else.
