Provided by YP.comThe bad groomer has been gone for months now, and lucky for us Sam, the new groomer is better that any I've been to in the Burien/Normandy Park area. We have two dogs, one with the curliest, kinkiest hair I have ever seen. It tangles and knots and is hard to work with. But Sam is very careful and very kind. And our 1 year old puppy is delighted with her "do" every time as are we.

Provided by YP.comOne star rating because the place smelled of dog P**P. My husband and me agree with the other posts that are on here. That new groomer Lora ruined our dogs haircut completely. The owner is always nice, but we will not be back because of her. Please trust your instincts when you talk to her, something's wrong with her. Our dogs hair will grow back and we intend on going elsewhere.
I am sorry you had a bad experience. I really wish you had said something to me at the time. Lora is no longer with us. She had received several compliments in the beginning, but then went downhill quickly. If more people had talked to me sooner, I would have been able to terminate her sooner. She was very rude to some people and gave bad haircuts to some dogs. As far as the smell, you must have come in when someone p**ped. The smell does not go away for awhile, even when it is picked up right away. We now have Sam for our groomer. She is the best groomer we have ever had and she ha 9 years experience. We would like you to try us again and we would do it for half price. If you are unhappy, there will be no charge. Hindsight is 20/20.

Provided by YP.comThis was a nice place at one time, but not anymore. It smells real bad inside. I dropped off my dog this last time and the groomer Lora was very rude. When I picked up my dog, the dog had a choppy haircut, long in some spots and way to short in others. My dogs nails were bleeding on two paws. Better off going to Petco or PetSmart grooming. DONT Go HERE
Again, I am sorry for your bad experience. As I told the last person, Lora no longer works here. If you had talked to me at the time, I would have know sooner that Lora had to go. At first she got compliments, but then it turned around quickly. We would like to try and make you happy with a half priced haircut. If you do not like it, it would be free. Sam is our new groomer and she has 9 years of experience as well as vet tech experience. Again, you must have come when someone pooped. The smell does not go away, even if you clean it up right away. I have had several people tell me how good it smells as they were expecting a doggie daycare to smell bad.

Provided by YP.comWatch Out !!! Don't Go Here. My husband and myself have taken our dog to Wag The Dog Daycare a few times and it was ok, but the last two times were horrable. We took our dog in to be groomed and the new groomer named Lora needs to work on her customer service skills.
Lora the groomer didn't even listen to what we said how we wanted our dog groomed and groomed our dog like she wanted. Not to mention, she kept saying huh?? huh? huh? as if she was slow mentally. Our, dog also had a bleeding paw when we picked her up, and she was limping with her left back leg. Stay away from this place. Go find another grooming salon for your pet, we are.
Clearly, Lora was a bad groomer. If I had know about it sooner, I would have gotten rid of her sooner. Unfortunately, people did not speak up to me until she had done a lot of damage. Sam is our groomer now and she has had 9 years of experience as well as vet tech experience. She is the best groomer I have ever had. We would really like you to try us again. We would give you half off and if you don't like it, it would be free.
