I'm so angry I can't even talk right now. I wanted to get a set of nice expensive Silhouette glasses. Had an appointment at 2pm. Was there just about 1:50 and had a preliminary short exam right away. then I had to sit and wait for the Doc. And here it's where it got weird. They took every single walk-in before me and let me sit for 30 minutes. I got up and left. Fun part is they didn't even realize that I was gone for another 20 minutes. Then they called me and wanted to reschedule. Can you be any more inconsiderate with someone's time? This place is by far the worst place I've ever been in.
