most awful customer service will not work with patient said my insurance would cover my appointment before i even made an appointment i checked with them to make sure and was told it would be covered and now they say i owe them for the visit. Dr cox was very friendly and informed you of what was going on but her employees are not the greatest. i went to them because a friend said they were great. i will not be returning due to them charging me although they said insurance would cover appointment

I give them two stars only bc I liked the drs and the front staff was pleasant. Appointments were easy to make. My experience has not been pleasant overall. The 2 doctors we saw were professional, personable, friendly, & attentive to needs. We waited a very long time in the waiting room. There were 3 of us including a child. My child (12) placed in his own room and husband in another. Apparently, I was forgotten about. I had to ask how much longer the wait was so I could speak to the dr about the child. I thought they would call us together, but they didn't. The frame prices are extremely higher than others. They were in a rush to get my child fitted for glasses. They brought him into my DARK exam room with them on and said he likes these. We'll order these. Umm... Ok. Hopefully, you won't have to deal with Ryan who is the general manager. The glasses my child had broke after second pair in 4 months. Requested other options, and he is who called (why the gm would call for something like this idk). He's rude & inconsiderate and did nothing for us and answered no questions.
