I have done business with Vinyl Industries more than once and I've always been 100% satisfied with their quality and their service. I will never use another fence company. They are awesome. Call them, I promise you won't be disappointed.

These guys sucked! I am so mad at them for the lack of customer service. I just wanted my fence fixed! To no avail! Buyer beware!!!

I was very happy with vinyl fence installed several years ago. It made us install a new deck with which we are very satisfied. The sales rep, Reed Carter, was impressively helpful concerning our financial needs and assurance that our deck would turn out the way we wanted it. We are very impressed with Craig Falgaardson who put the deck together. He was an expert from beginning to end. My father-in-law (a construction worker) critiqued the process, so I knew the work was done professionally every day. Overall, I was very happy with the professionalism and quality of the product we received.

I'm currently online chatting with V.I. for the fourth time; I've told the same story four times with TWO [people]? Word-for-word repeated questions and four promises to have someone call me with pertinent information regarding a warranty issue. The online form did not accept my submission despite every field being accurately entered. I'm still waiting for help. I honestly cannot determine if the entity on the other end of the "chat" is real or binary. The only hint I have that I'm dealing with a carbon unit, is evidence of a few typos. I'm at my wit's end. I've been told that due to technical difficulties, my reqest has not reached available help. And yet we're chatting with the most advanced form of communication mortal man has enjoyed. I've never dealt with such runaround. What has happened to common customer service? A post-it? A "please call" pad of paper? I remain befuddled...

Had a few problems when it all started out. The salesman came out and told us we needed to remove a few trees in my neighbors yard before they could install the fence. The salesman called my neighbor and was rude to her as well because she wouldn't help us pay for half the fence which was uncalled for. In order to do this we needed them to come out and take out the fence so that I could have the guy take down the trees. Because of weather they wouldn't come out and the didn't call and cancel with me. I had the tree guy coming out and no fence taken down. I had to call and get on their cases. Once they did come out they took care of everything and put the fence up in one day. Now I need to get my sprinklers fixed because they had to break the pipe for where the posts were being put in. So I'm happy just a few stresses along the way.

I am very dissapointed in the customer service from Vinyl Industries. My fence which was installed in 2005 has serious fading problems. 4 houses in my neighborhood (which we all had our fences installed at the same time) have the same problem as well! I have tried to speak with Vinyl Industries on 3 seperate occasions and all 3 times the warranty department has said that they would send someone out to inspect my fence and still after 2 years no one has shown up! They have also been very quick to point out over the phone that regardless of what the problem is, I will be responsible for paying the labor to have the fence fixed. I would strongly reccomend looking into another company for your vinyl fencing. I understand there can be problems in any buisness but poor customer service will drive potential buisness away faster then anything!

Spoke with them on the phone about purchasing base trim and caps. They informed me they where $3.00 a piece. Drove an hour and 10 minutes. The salesman had a real bad attitude. They then quoted us in the $4 + range. Im sure there business is booming but I can only imagine what it would be if they knew about friendly cust service. I wouldnt recommend this company and will try to buy elsewhere unless they are the only ones that carry someting.

It has been a while since I purchased my fence from Vinyl Industries. The purchase was great. The fence looks like it did the day we put it in. (It has been at least 6 years)Too often the only people who do reviews are those that are mad. This seems to be a good company to do business with.
