Start with one of their many delicious appetizers, like the Wagu Ravioli, Chipolte-smoked Salmon, or if you are brave enough, try the Rocky Mountain Oysters. Feast on a signature steak, prime rib, Braised Short Ribs, or try the potato-crusted Colorado-raised Bass or Scottish Salmon. Or if you are really hungry, create your own Surf & Turf.
