After Job is completed they won't return calls by Crusader - 05/29/2009We had a new roof put on in 2007. This is less then 2 years old and have a problem as the roof is leaking by the chimney. We have called and e-mailed several times and did receive one response. They were to come out to look at the roof but never showed up or called and haven't returned any of our calls since then. After the roof was first done we had a problem with the stink pipe and all the debris and tiles that were dropped in it. At that time they refused to come and take care of the problem. I wouldn't recommend this company as they are very nice before they collect but after it's as if they never did business with you. Very disappointed.
