The vet here is amazing but his staff is SUPER rude. Everytime I call I'm on hold 6-20 minutes. They have an attitude and talk down to you. The majority of the visits I've made the desk techs were talking about each other/their coworkers loud enough everyone waiting could hear. SUPER SUPER RUDE STAFF.

Dr. Barr is a rarity in this area as he is knowledgeable, compassionate and reasonably priced. I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my dogs or my clients' dogs!:):)

I have 3 dogs and Dr. Barr and his Staff are amazing!! They can get me in at last minute with no questions asked. Dr. Barr is one of the best Vets I have ever dealt with and I would recommend him to any and everyone!! Thank you Dr. Barr and to your wonderful staff for taking such good care of my babies!!

I was taking my dog to another local vet to treat his eye, after 6 mos and no results I was told they needed to take his eye. My daughter urged me for a second opinion. Thank God for this vet, he diagnosed the problem and prescribed a low cost had medicine and within 24 hours my dogs eye an immediate improvement. The infection was gone and his eye was open for the first time in months. I couldnt believe how low cost our bill was. He truly cares for animals and their owners.

I have used Dr. Barr for years. He is all about the animal, not the money. He is a wise, experienced and kind man who will take the time to answer questions about your pet. His prices are reasonable. You get the same vet every time, and you get to see him, which I have found is not necessarily true elsewhere. If asked he has provided an up front estimate that is quite close to the mark. The office is not new, but it is clean and much cleaner and nicer than it was under the prior owner who is now down the street charging twice as much. They always have been there during posted hours and offer an emergency service; while it is not cheap, emergency service never is and they state the cost up front. Mike C. and Junoooo, you need to read all of the other reviews (ALL are 5 star) and try some other offices. I have and you too will be back and sorry for the junk you wrote.

the office stinks bad, and everytime i go there for something small it turns out to be more than $100 bill. Not impressed at all !

Dr. Barr is one of the best vets I have come across. He came highly recommended by my daughters neighbor. A puppy was dropped at my house and unfortunately the owner did not come back to get her, the few days I had her she seemed to feel sad then she started getting sick. Dr. Barr was very nice and very informative. She is now there being treated and I feel very comfortable that she will get the best care. You will truly love this man, he has the best bedside manner for your pet and you. Thank You Dr. Barr! We truly need more like you in this world! I can't wait for her to be well and home :)

Dr. Barr came highly recommended to us after having been established at another good veterinary clinic, I was hesitant to switch. The new puppy we got had been a patient there and we wanted to complete her shots and care that they started. At some point I planned on moving back to my vet. Dr. Barr was very informative and so kind. He remembered details about my pet and recalled them to us as he talked about his earlier visits and how much our puppy has progressed. I'm sure he probably sees so many people and patients, so either his memory is superb or his documentation is extremely precise. Being in the medical field, we are very impressed by that. Our puppy is a member of our family and we like the Dr- Patient relationship and concern he shows. His prices are vet good and I feel he is just overall an honest veterinarian who doesn't sell me what I don't need. He did not disappoint. We will stay with him because he has shown us that we matter to him..

The Dr. there truly understands what it means to have a practice to treat animals and not have to have all the profits go into some big fancy building but instead be able to offer great care at a low reasonable price. Animals don't care if the buliding is new or the office is, they only care if the people are nice and the outdoors are nice also. The vet there knows this and has won me and my babies over

Dr. Barr is the best veternarian you will ever find. Period. The level of knowledge he provides and the genuine concern he has for the animals in his care is extraordinary. Dr. Barr understands and sympathizes with the pets owners as he would if it were his pet that was in need of care. The most affordable and best vet for many, many miles... it's a no brainer. Do your pet and yourself a favor and take your animals to Dr. Barr, he will extend and improve their lives.

After my groomer moved out of state I had to fine a new one and Pet Vets was recomended to me. Jasamin got the best hair cut she has ever had. Thank you

Dr. Gerrie is a fantastic vet! He is kind and caring and always makes us feel like our pet is important to him. His rates are incredibly reasonable and they are always quick to get you in for treatment. I highly recommend Vets Pets to anyone looking for great care for their pet.

Vets Pets and Dr. Gerrie Barr and staff are wonderful ! He has treated my dogs for over three years, He is the best at figuring out whats wrong with my babies, and takes his time and treats and cares for them like they were his own.. This entire staff treats me like family, and has stood by me through my darkest, saddest times..I would never consider going anywhere else simply because they are the best..Other Vet Clinics are so much more expensive and they rush you through..not Dr. Barr.. He is one of a kind..Thanks to all of you !!!!

Knowledgeable caring vet: What more can you ask for! He has treated our cat for several issues and been quick to get an appointment, right on the diagnosis, and caring.

They are not in the office when they ay they are going to be there! You cant run a practice like that!

I took my cat there with a life threatening cut to the head, It was a Friday after hours but they still got her in and saved her life. Today she is home good as new. This place is the best on the beach. Thank you Dr Barr for saving #2

Dr. Barr is the best and most compassionate vet we have ever seen in our 30 years of owning bulldogs. There is absolutely no doubt he loves the animals and you just can't beat the care they receive. And, his staff is the best at welcoming us and DaisyMay when we arrive. Thanks Dr. Barr

I just wanted to thank Dr. Barr and his team for taking care of my dog Sparky! Amazing doctor! Absolutely knows what he is doing! Very thoughtful and generous! Reasonable pricing, especially when the economy is so tough. I actually had to ask several times to make sure that was the price, cause it is so much lower than any other vet around here. His team is great, girls in the front are so nice and caring. Thank you, guys, so much again! you are the best! This is definitely our doctor for Sparky!
