The store manager is a very rude young man who cuts you off as you are trying to explain and everything is the customer's fault. You could have an update on your Smartphone which changes something and he looks at you like are the problem. Go to the Verizon Corporate store at Lake in the Hills on Algonquin and Randall Rd for excellent service. They know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service there. The store in Huntley is not Verizon store. It is Wireless Zone and uses the Verizon name. There is no excuse for rudeness.

Bad store can't get phones and they do not help after the sale.
