We purchased a high-end range from Venero, which had problems the day it was installed. A repair person was sent immediately to fix it. Each time we had a problem, their response was immediate. When we decided that the range was a lemon and wanted to return it, they guided us through this process. When we won the battle and asked for a completely different range, they helped us with that, also.No other store would have gone the extra mile as they did for us.Given that their prices are very fair, the level of customer service that they offer makes them an extroadinary. place to purchase appliances. We would never go anywhere else.

Bought a overhead Whirlpool microwave and had it installed above our stove. Installation and microwave was acceptable.
