The vegas motel was the worst ive ever stayed in, in my entire life. the pigs working at the front deak were very rude and smelled discusting. the rooms were awful. bed sheets smelled like cooking oil, the towels were crusty and looked as old as the motel. the housekeepers stunk so bad also. ide rather sleep in the snow.

just coming to visit

I have friends who live up in williston and have frequented the vegas numerous times and each time is different. You never know who is gonna be in a good mood and who isnt behind the desk. However I will say that overall it met my needs and what can anyone really say this is williston nd i mean its not the ritz but its also not the hillcrest motel that seems to appear in every town. Should you choose to stay here or anywhere in williston please remember customer service will probably be terrible because they dont care if you buy their product or not because if you dont buy it there are 1000 others waiting to pay for the same product or service. If you are looking for a room the vegas is great and check out dks lounge too its great...

Vegas Motel " I have stayed in worse"

by Big John , 08/18/2010

I travel a lot for business and I know that it is just about impossible to find a room in Williston ND. I saw the reviews before I booked that room this week but when I got here I found that I have stayed in a lot worse. Don't get me wrong, the Vegas is not new, not fancy, and lacks some of the items you expect any more in a motel ( like in room WIFI / it is available in the lobby). But it is basically clean but on the worn side. The staff is helpful ( I had a problem with my room and when I talked to the manager he had that problem fixed right away). Smell, yeah it smells like an old building but that is not the end of the world. Rates are really cheap so in my mind that makes up for a lot. Would like in room WIFI though. All in All this will not be my first choice of a motel in Williston ( I go there a lot), but I will stay here again, it's not that bad.

never go here!!

Where do I start - The bathroom walls were moldy and the floors and bedsheets were stained and that wasn't the bad part. Later that night the owners of the motel picked a fight because someone was going to play a song on "their" jukebox and that wasn't allowed. They were obviously more than just drunk and after we got our friends into the hotel room the owners provoking wife decided she would open our room door with the master key so they could fight more. After this they all went back into the bar and were drinking until 3am. The workers advised us to lock our doors with the deadbold when the owners were leaving the bar so they couldn't start a fight again. After this we asked if this was a usual occurance and the workers said it was and this was not one of the worse fights. When commented that maybe her boss should not be smoking so many lighbulbs, they shrugged their shoulders and said yeah. On a good note, the people working the front desk were very helpful and apoligeti
