MWV is affiliated with K State University, but they never tell you that. So if you like to pay BIG $$$$ and receive mediocre care and terrible customer service, this is the place for you. False hope, big money, no service, no care, no compassion, no returned phone calls, no time, no conscious. There is not one treatment provided by MWV that my primary Vet did not provide, yet the bill was $4500. And if you think they actually 'care' about animals, think again. The first requirement when you get to the facility is to sign an agreement about how you are going to pay. IT ALL REVOLVES AROUND THE MONEY. Nobody will even talk to you until you sign several contractual documents that you agree to pay. I paid outright, but the whole process was so offensive and offputting. And that is just the start. There are no professionals that work here. From the receptionist to the doctors to the people in charge. They tell you they have access to treatments that a regular Vet does not. That is a lie. This place is symbolism over substance to the nth degree. All about the looks to disguise the greed and lack of professionalism at the core. Not one part of the Veterinary Oath is practiced at this clinic. Lastly, they lie and I will not do business with liars.
