Matt it's plaque not clot in arteries
by hello , 08/24/2011
I find it very difficult to believe that a specialist would just say that aren't going to do a procedure. I've worked with many specialists and that is just not something I can believe. I do not work here but ... you're comment seems silly and full of bs to be honest :( Doctors get paid to do procedures, no matter how big, small, short or long they are. They didn't become surgeons to say no.... Shame on you !
They saved my life

Dr Annest chipped a full tablespoon of calcium from 1 of my carotid arteries last year. I can't imagine a more caring or qualified physician. He told me that he would be careful about where he placed the scar and it says volumes that no on even notices the actual scar and didn't as soon as the swelling from surgery went away. His staff was fully involved in my care, exceptionally good about answering questions and I would recommend the Vascular Institute of the Rockies without hesitation. To me they richly deserve all 5 thumbs up!
My Wife Could Die

My wife has been suffering with a blood clot in her femeral artery. She was recently seen at the Vascular Institute. Instead of helping her! She recieved a very cold and uncaring call from a secretary at the Vascular Institute of the Rockies. She was informed that the sergeon was unwilling to help her because the opeation that could end her pain and prolong her life would be "to time consuming and would just carry on and on" If you need help from a caring staff or sergeons!? DO NOT GO TO THE VASCULAR INSTITUTE OF THE ROCKIES!!! They do not care!!!!!
