Unresponsive Upper Management - Terrible Customer Service!!! by M Qualls - 07/16/2009Very disappointed with the service department - I purchased the service plan for my appliances and to date I have waited 7 weeks for a refrigerator repair. Despite repeated letters to management, and even the CEO 3 weeks ago, I have yet to see a resolution. Customer service??? I call it a disservice and will never give Vann's my business again.
Poor Service by Carol - 05/11/2009Yes Vanns has knowledgable sales staff and installation people, but if you need to have your electronics fixed--DON'T COUNT ON THEM. The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. I bought from Vanns, paid a higher price for local company, local service, I have had better service at Walmart and Best Buy. I will no longer buy any electronics from Vanns, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
