D'Arcy Vanderpool, MA, MFT, PCC and Associates is a marriage and family counseling service and a coaching and consulting business for individuals, relationships, families and organizations. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and serving the Henderson and southern Nevada metro area, D'Arcy and her associates also provide coaching services by telephone around the globe.

I help empower individuals, couples, families and businesses to make life changing decisions and bring positive results to their lives. I'm a specialist in positive psychology teaching people to create more happiness and well-being through strength-based coaching and counseling. Clients learn to resolve issues; heal their responses to the past; express more curiosity, gratitude, hope and love; and bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Applications of positive psychology research are the focus for individuals, couples and organizations in overcoming issues and increasing well-being and success.

With each session I will guide you towards positive, adult development with exercises to increase your pleasure, engagement in life, meaning and successful relationships. As a happiness coach, I will work with you to increase your interpersonal relationship skills. On the business or corporate level I assess the business needs and work with the top three levels of management to improve the culture and emotional intelligence of executives for overall effectiveness.
