I’ve called them in the past to get my Hyundai fixed. They do such a great job and have a good reputation. I brought my vehicle in. They told me what needed to be done and what parts were needed but wouldn’t be able to get me in till after Christmas. I had an 3600 round trip drive ahead of the schedule. They suggested I get the parts and have them on hand in case I needed them along the way. Sure enough $1700 miles in and I broke down. Thankfully I did have the parts on hand and it was able to get fixed.

Vances did not need to tell me what I needed because in the long run I had to cancel my appointment with them:(. Their shop is like my fathers used to be. I have since taken my vehicle back to have additional work done because they were so honest with me and saved me from a huge headache. I highly recommend Vance’s

Staff is very nice and they are very honest. The only place in Lee county that I would trust taking my cars too!

All work that we have had done was done right the first time.The company has treated us awesome. A+ rating
