BEWARE!!! You'll pay an absorbant amount of money for empty promises & poor representation!!! by broken - 06/25/2009
The short of it is that I retained their services, they failed to provide me detailed monthly billing, (which they are legal obligated to). They failed to represent me to my standards or to the standards they promised me. MULTIPLE times I was told that this case was open and shut and that I absolutely had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, the lawyer failed to fight for me in court or to bring my evidence and declarations into play. They were misleading and wanted more and more money, but had not ONE positive result for me. I lost everything, (my son, my home, my money, and all personal belongings), although I provided plenty of evidence on my behalf. I feel I was swindled and would NEVER RECOMMEND this firm or my lawyer, Joseph Baker or Janel Ostrum. CONSUMERS BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! You don't want to fall victim to the "promises" like I did!!!
