Again Van-Go has come through on restoring carpet in one of our rental houses. As before he cleaned carpet that looked like it had to be replaced. We refer to him as the "miracle worker" as do several rental management companies in New Bern.

Without a doubt, they know carpet ! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they have the right equipment to do any job. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company (Mr. Jack) to any and every one ! Thanks for your continued help !

They cleaned a rental house of mine that had tenants who smoked and never vaccuumed. I thought that I would probably have to replace the light colored carpet, but after they cleaned it, it looked almost new. I have used the other, national steemer ( you know who from the spelling), but have never seen the results I got from VanGo. They gave exceptional service at a VERY resonable price. I will use only them from now on.

They came out on time, did a wonderful job. Everyone who has seen the before and after are asking for the phone number of Van Go. I run around the house in white socks and in the week since my carpet has been cleaned the socks stay white on the bottom....that says a lot.

I recently had Van Go at my residence here in Taberna , All of my carpets are high grade and I did not want some fly by night company in my home , soaking my carpets and leaving them dirty , Those 99 dollar companies are so unprofessional and in and out of your home before you know it ,



I have to say I enjoyed having Michael and Jack in my home , They were considerate of my wants and needs , I was amazed to see the machine they use , to point it point blank....I was a very satisfied customer , and I would reccomend them to everyone, I admit they were a lil pricee but very thorough ,after all you get what you pay for in this world , my carpets turned out beautiful and they dried within 2 hours!! I couldnt believe it.
