First class been going here for several years Dr Perez and hygienists ad well as assistants are amazing
Prompt appts no waiting love them

I have been sever time over the past 3 years. They have done exactly what they said they were going to do. Quotes were right on and extra visit on adjustments and no problems. Very pleasant and never felt rushed. From the front office to the final visit I would recommend to anyone. They tell me when I do need to have something done. Definitely not into it for the money. Previous I went to another well known office in Crystal River. OMG so expensive I almost had a hard attack but I followed thru and continued to have issues and were going to charge me over $11,000 to repair my teeth and it would not take car of everything and not guarantee it would last. The cleaning was also an outrageous cost. I did not go back after first one. I will stay with Value Dental

What a place! Came in and had the $59 cleaning with free x-rays/exam. Was quoted a price nearly double other dentist quoted. When I requested a copy of the panoramic x-ray was told it wasn't no good and couldn't be copied (Having trouble with their machine), then asked for copies of the other x-rays and was told that I wasn't charged for them originally (free with cleaning) and if I wanted copies of them I would have to pay another $94! Stay away from these folks. They are afraid of someone getting a second opinion and a second quote.

ZERO STARS - Warning Please don't make the mistake I made!!!

I saw Dr. Skipper and before he even started I told him Lidocaine, doesn't work on me. He said, they probably didn't do it rt." He used 3 vials of Lidocaine it didn't work. He started drilling and couldn't finish, due to pain. He gave me a temporary filling and to compensate he used the drill to remove some of the opposing tooth which was a crown that I never had problems with before.

He said, " I have spent more then enough time working on you, I have other patients to see, you will have to come back.'' At which time I was basically handed off to Dr. Sherman. Who was very nice, but he had to finish the work Dr. Skipper started. He was able to get me numb with another type of injection, removed the temporary filling and replaced it. I continued to have pain so not even 2 months later the crown was removed, and the Endo charged me $200.00 just to remove the filling, lucky for me the crown came off. Root canals cost me $1840.00. Coast Endo. Dr. Williams *** He is Great!!!! Value Dental talked me into work I didn't need told me since I have TMJ if I don't get the upper molar crowned it will just get destroyed by the crown on the lower molar, To top it off another Dentist told me that isn't true, my tooth would of been fine. The crowns are seated rt. so they have to be redone still that is going to cost $4700.00 to remove the 2 crowns and crown the one tooth I didn't have them finish. They charged me an additional $40.00 to put the crown back on after the root canal, and wanted to charge me $750.00 for the crown I need on the tooth that I was charged $295.00 to fill then $200.00 to remove for root canal, and before Dr. Skipper touched my mouth I didn't have an abscess or the need for Root canals. I also had three other teeth filled that had fractures which cost me $515.00 in August those fillings aren't even holding up in my mouth. This coming from someone that had a perfect smile. Total cost so far $2310.00

Please,avoid this doctor!!.Went to Crystal River Value Dental my doctor was off,so dr Santa-Cruz has to put my permanent crown,so all this time ,while cementing the crown he was complaining that is not his job to do this,its other doctor's job,make me want just to get out off the chair.Filling that he did was not polished,had to go back and ask to fix it.Will never come back and will tell all my friends about this horrible experience.

ZERO STARS - AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH AND YOUR HEALTH!

Very poorly ran, had to wait 4 weeks for a crown, and then it wasn't in... really! In fact this place is so poorly ran that they didn't even realize they didn't have the crown until they went to put it in. They couldn't pull off the temporary, they ended up cutting it off, they caused TREMENDOUS pain and still have the nerve to charge me $550. The hygenist put in the temp., she did it wrong, glue squeezed out between my gum and the temp. Pain! Had to go back in and they had to give me another pain shot and pull back my gum to fix that, now when I went in to get the permanent crown its not even made...and btw, that whole thing caused me to get an infection and now I'm in horrible pain and on antibiotics. No - cut your losses and RUN to another dentist!!!
