VERY CHEAP, surprisingly EXPENSIVE trash furniture. Paid over $800.00 (circa 2017) for a faux leather reclining sofa (please see picture below.) Within two (2) years the faux peeled and hinges broke down… I weigh 190 lbs. Later learned their return period was only one (1) week. V-C…GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

My salesperson Bryson was outstanding. If you happen to visit this store, he’s the one you want for assistance. Very knowledgeable and patient with you.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Value City Furniture. Great customer service. Justin F. was very helpful and patient, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. He answered all of my questions honestly and very knowledgeable. He did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. An amazing salesman with a great personality!!!!

Don't buy the extended warranty.



We bought a couch with the extended warranty that covers it 100% against any defect. After a while, the couch broke and I called to get it fixed. The couch was not fixed properly but the main reason behind the two-star review is that it came so dirty as if it passed an oil change at Jiffy Lube "no offense". Please see posted photos, I cleaned it using different cleaners with a lot of elbow grease but couldn't get it as clean as it was. I'm seriously considering throwing it away.



I would probably recommend buying from them, if it is on sale, but never any kind of warranty nor using their service department.

0 STARS if I COULD........DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE!!!! This has been the worst and I mean worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. We purchased the couch and was told we could not take it home due to nobody being in the warehouse.....ok no problem....so we show up the next day when they told us too and they say well theres nobody in the warehouse!!!! WHAT....So they break the rule this day versus the day before when they would not and say ok you can get the couch. I pull around back up and wait for 20 mins for the door to open......only to find out this is the wrong couch!!! So now they sold me the wrong couch.....luckily it was the same price so the Manager Jason Budzinski says Let me switch the invoice and we will get you loaded no problem. So now we wait again for 20 mins and he comes back and says........Sorry folks this couch sold A MONTH AGO.......Ok note the couch was not marked sold and was on the showroom, but u say it sold a month ago What a lie......The fact of the matter was they were gonna lose a little money on this couch so made up this story so we could not take it. I did not accept the refund as I asked for a corporate number. Note I also asked to speak with the GM Justin Rieger which when Jason called him we were told he does not want to be bothered at home....WTF your the GM dude its your job to take that call....But he didnt. So between my salesman Peter Morton being a complete idiot and not knowing the difference between a Gray Couch that Reclines and Pewter Couch that doesnt, Jason lieing to me so he didnt lose money and the GM telling me my phone call was not important enough for him to take.....We are very very very very unhappy with this service. I have called corporate and they are hopefully going to help me out and if they do I will give another star based on that alone. But Justin R GM, Jason B Asst Mang, and Peter Morton Salesman acted like Con Artist and Treated us like liers and scum. DONT BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE They Will Scam You.
