OT hell yeah vps pays there officer for ot hours i used to work there and i would work 60 plus hours and get paid for that.

We have had really good results with Valley Protective Services. They have the ability to quickly ajust their people to maximize efficiency. The drop boy is also effective for communication with the property boards, they have never told me they "can't" do that. The most important factor for me however, is the fact that I have never been put on hold or gone to voicemail. They always answer the phone!! Thanks VPS!

I have enjoyed our experience with Valley Protective. Jake does a great job at keeping in touch with us and making sure all of our needs are met. Besides our one recent incident of someone losing keys, we havent had any issues. And I really appreciate how even that incident was handled.

V.P.S. does a wonderful job while on site. When extra assistance is needed Taylor is very responsive and helpful to make it happen, it is very much appreciated and I recommend V.P.S!

Since you began patrolling again in November, my property has significantly improved on the issues I'd been having, prior to your start. I was dealing with car break-ins nightly and excessively loitering all hours of the night. i am not having these issues now, the residents are happy and I am even happier. I'm very pleased with my guards that have been assigned to me (especially Mike Decker) so please don't change them. I love your new reporting and GPS tracking system on line and out salesperson (Jill) is the best. She is always responsive to my request/needs in the timeliest and most pleasant manner, what more could we ask for other than....KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!

I have been employed with Valley Protective Service for approximately five years. Prior to that I floated from company to company for eleven years. I was never able to find a company that fit my personality and abilities until I found Valley Protective Services, Inc. I have always found that Security Companies are nothing but scare crows attempting to deter crime through presence. This doesn't work, VPS empowers their officers to use discretion, common sense, and ability, to deter crime. They are the only company that I have found that will monitor their officers behaviors and hold their feet to the fire. I am tired of being embarassed by the lazy guards that exist out there. They always wine and complain that they work to hard or are scared to talk to people. I feel blessed to make a difference in the communities VPS serves and would recommend them to anyone.

I moved to Corona Del Sol Apartments last February and took over the property management and on site management. Its been quite a challenge. The Great News is Ive been successful. Brian Bell and Jake Roessler called on me a few weeks ago and Brian made an outstanding presentation for your organization. The timing was perfect since we had had an armed home invasion two weeks before. Brian put together a proposal with prices and I signed the contract. Your guards have been on my property for two weeks now and they have given excellent reports. These enable me to take action to make this a more secure and safe community. Jake has been on the ball making sure I have my reports. His latest update follows: You will be viewing the reports online only as soon as they are uploaded onto your site! I checked today and still dont see any reports on there. I have already notified our tech department but havent heard anything yet Thank you for your outstanding staff.

In the military and everywhere else in life there are different folks with different strokes. Just because you were military doesnt mean you are the end all be all. Really it means, you were 18 or 19 and didnt know what you were gonna do, so you bought some time while serving your country and low and behold maybe you learned responsibility, dedication, focus, direction, and maybe a skill that can be used in the real world. with that said, if you take pride in yourself, and want to work somewhere that allows you work with the community and attempt to protect their assets and life then VPS is the place to work. Many companies make the same claims, but ultimately the bottom line is they tell the guards dont touch, look, or talk. just show up and if you think there is a problem, call the police.

Everytime we ask for additional services, such as passing out notices, it's always been done. Thank you!

We have had a great experience with Valley Protective Services. The communication is great and they have great customer service. We are very happy to have VPS as our security patrol on our property. We have noticed changes in activity when we hired VPS. It's a little quieter than it used to be thanks to your services. Overall we are very pleased with the service that we have received!!!!!

I found the operations manager: Capt. Clampett to be very professional and is a great person to work for. Lt. George took the time to not only train me during his level one class, but also provided me with his own experiences to help me get started in this job. Concerning the company policies, the policies are there for a reason and for the most part, the only ones that complain about them are the ones who could not follow them. I have left the company with a sense of pride knowing that I was able to accomplish what was asked of me.

I loved the customer services from Tim, Chris, Erin and the entire staff that Valley provides. Everything we asked was done with no questions asked. Thank you guys for everything and your hard work!
