HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!!
Had the unfortunate experience of picking VP. The technician called me after performing the work requested of shut off valve replacement for my washing machine. That the sound of running water was still audible, so I would have to contact a leak detector. I asked him how long it took him to complete the repair job, he personally told me 2hrs on the phone. When I received their bill, he charged me for 2.5 hrs. when I called him back to ask about the discrepancy, he stated that he still had to clean his mess, put away his tools back into his truck and write my invoice, which accounted for the extra half hour! I called the main office for Valley Plumbing and their manager told me "That just what it is!" BE AWARE they NEVER disclosed that they charge their hourly rate of $98/Hr. for time spent cleaning up the mess they made in performing their service, putting away their tools, having to write up their bill. Honest companies only charge for work performed.

Very professional. Fixed the problem quickly.
Diagnosed the problem with out toilet, had the part on hand & fixed it quickly.

The plumber and office made things go smoothly. From calling to confirm my appointment to cleaning up after themselves. I was impressed. I consider Valley Plumbing my plumbers.
