Don't purchase a vehicle here...if there's anything wrong with it, you+re out of luck. by Customer in Boulder - 05/12/2008Sales gave us a good deal on a new vehicle, but we had problems right away with the engine and the paint. The people at the service desk are polite, but the service manager is very rude and told us that the engine problems we were having were part of the "chance you take" when you purchase a new vehicle. The paint is bubbling and chipping on one fender and he told us if we "had to get it fixed" they would, but that chipping flaking paint is part of normal wear and tear (really? at 7,000 miles? flakes the size of a pencil eraser?). For a $54,000 purchase, we are extremely disappointed with the product and the attitude of the service manager, who is in charge of approving the repairs. We have owned many vehicles and were never treated so poorly at any of the other dealerships we worked with. We will never purchase here again.
