I was calling around to get quotes for a minor 2001 civic repair and this older hispanic service representative who was also the mechanic. He first mentioned he needed to what parts I had for the repair, I was very specific. Then he said I had to take it in. I told him I was just calling around to get estimates and ive gotten a few. Hee said well there you go and hung the phone up. This place lacks professionalism, I feel bad for people who know less about cars than I do, he probably wipes the floor with them.
