Appointments
Appointments are scheduled daily during regular business hours.

Prescriptions
Requests for prescription refills should be made during regular office hours.

You may also notify your pharmacy who can initiate a refill request to our office; we can then quickly & efficiently refill your prescription.

We prescribe generic medication whenever a quality generic product is available. This can save you a substantial amount of money and is often times less expensive than co-pays. Many quality generic medications are available for as little as $4 for a one month prescription or $10 for a three month prescription.

Insurance and Fees
Valencia Family Medicine has established a fee schedule that we are willing to discuss with you at any time. You are responsible for paying all fees, including co-payments, at the time of visit. Uninsured visit rate $40. Additional fee for abs, procedures, in office medications .
