wonderful caring staff and extremely reasonable owner whose down to earth and really seems to cares by Trix - 05/12/2008
As intimidating as hiring a plumber can be the staff at Valdez Plumbing made me feel at ease about what they were doing. I had another plumber prior to them and later found out they get commission for the different services they can talk you into. VP does not pay commission and they are upfront about the cost of the job. They do not have hidden charges and I appreciated that. The owner is a really nice reasonable man who has been in business since 1937. They are definitely not a fly by night service. I highly recommend them.
