We have had our internet through Utah Broadband for several months now. We use VOIP for our phone and have had problems in the past. We haven't had any problems with our phone service now that we have Utah Broadband. It's a great speed. Their installer was professional and we have been overall very happy with their product.

I have been consistently pleased with our internet service through Utah Broadband. Any issues have been resolved quickly and willingly. I have recommended Utah Broadband to many of my friends and family.

I have had excellent service with Utah Broadband since they started years ago. Any problems have been solved quickly.

I have had my internet service with Utah Broadband for a number of years now, since they were very small. I had one problem once, called in very late at night and a guy called me right back. It was fixed in moments and I was back rolling. Never had any other issues. I had to use my neighbors computer one night and when I saw his speed I was even more satisfied. Bummer you've had a bad experience, but it's been a dream for me. Best money I pay each month!

I have been on a two year contract with this company. Internet speed is not consistent. The first year my speed was consistent. This last year my internet has been sporadic. When it works its mediocre to good I was paying for 3MB speed and was lucky to average 1MB speed. When internet is bad its usually dial up speed or no connection. There were times I did not have very good service at all for a few weeks, tech support always did their best. This company did not try very hard to resolve my issues and I still had to pay full price even when my internet wasn't working. I was disappointed with their service.
