Use a local locksmith, don't use these guys, they hire just some schmoe and teach him how to rip you off. If he gets caught, they know nothing and hire someone else

I called for a rekey on a house. Someone took all the information that I wanted to have done and said someone would call me within 15 minutes. I waited over an hour and still no call so I called back and the receptionist transferred me to dispatch who had no record of my service request and then told me that they don't service the area I was calling about even though it came up on the search.
charged 120 dollars

Actually $120 is a little high but not not a rip off. If you got charged more than that it would be too much but heres how it works. When you call those national companys they have dispatchers answer the call. They have a list of local contractors that unlock cars in your area. They call the guy up and give hime the job. They charge the contractor for every job they give him. Which is what the service charge they are talking about for 39 or whatever. Then the contractor come out and adds on his normal price on top of that..which to open a car should not usually exceed $75 unless mileage is charged for some where far out. The contractor in the end only makes the $75 dollars and has to pay the company the service charge for the call. There can also be additional charges for after hours or weekends so ask when you call. There are so called locksmiths that are over charging and people should beware. I Run my own company and dont use a national and my daytime rate is $65. Hope this helps

Avoid this company. We called and asked for a quote to unlock our car, and they said they'd call us back. They sent someone out anyway, by which time we had already had the car unlocked. The guy proceeded to tell us that we were going to have to pay a $55 service charge, even though he'd done absolutely nothing. We ended up talking to his boss on the phone, who swore at us and demanded that we pay the service charge. We refused, and he followed us after we left the parking lot and got our license plate number.
Over Charging/ honery Worker

I called and got a quote to see how much they would charge to come out and replace a lock or make some keys. They told me it was 36.95 service call, then there would be a charge for whatever they did. He came out made some keys then charged me $150.00. The guy was not pleasant. He was upset because he had been looking for us and couldn't find the address. We are disputing the charge with our credit card company.

I used this company to unlock my car and they told me it would be 39.95, then the guy came out and tried to charge me 120 dollars. Then I saw the same company on the news doing the same thing. Come to find out they are not even based out of Minnesota, what a rip off!
