Very Satisfied - will use again by Karen - 10/10/2009Incredible customer service, pricing and quality. I own a day care and we rent inflatables 3 times a year, we have used the same company for several years and recently received a coupon from USA Inflatables so i thought we would try them. The set up and reservation process was great and the customer service was very knowlegable. we had three events this year from USA Inflatables first we had a combo unit, next we had the water slide and the last time we had an obstacle course. All 3 units were very clean and in great shape, the delivery personell were friendly alway on time and very helpful. For one of the event we had to reschedule because it looked like rain and to reschedule the date was very easy and no hassles - this was a complete change from what we were used to. The products, customer service, and pricing were all way better than the company we were using previously and the kids loved the variety of products - We will definately be using USA Inflatables for a long time.
Worst jumper rental ever, very poor quality and bad customer service. by Mary H - 07/10/2009I have rented many moonwalk inflatables over the years and wish I would have never tried USAinflatables.com today. Their product was old, smelled bad (musty and was dirty) and the roof kept caving in. The kids hit their heads on the roof and the sides cave in when they jump. I called their "manager" and he sent out a crew who agreed with me, but he told me too bad, acted like I was crazy, was condescending and rude. I will never ever rent from this company again, after their poor customer service, very poor quality jumper and rudeness of their manager. Avoid this company for sure, saving a few bucks with a coupon is no good if your kids can't even use the inflatable! Such a disappointment.
