While at USA Baby the customer service was GREAT. We had been to many other stores and did not receive the information nor service that we did at USA Baby. Everyone was willing to answer questions and provide us with a overwhelming amount of information. The pricing was very similar to alot of the other stores out there. I love my nursery.

Terrible service and low product integrity and craftsmanship by NicoleH - 02/24/2008
I purchased my daughters furniture set from there and we were very disapointed with the craftsmanship and the service provided. The furniture was not as good of quality as their model furniture on the floor. One piece of furniture came with the door completely lopsided. It took them SIX MONTHS to finally have someone come and replace it. In this six months I called many, many times and seldom recieved phone calls back. When I did get phone calls back the manager, Laurie was very rude and made it sound like "this is your problem woman" Every phone call she said, "I just spoke with the manufacturer today and they are going to call me back" HA! took them six months to call her back I guess. Anyway, the furniture we bought also stopped making the line that we purchased which made the situation even more frustrating. The salesman knew this information when we purchased it and didn't bother to tell us. Ugh! Save yourself the hassel and don't buy from them.
