Martin and his team were excellent. The follow up and communication was as good as any vendor that worked on our renovation. The are not the kind of guys that walk away from problems. The had difficulty removing the old window and showed up the next day with additional team that finished the job on time and with great efficiency. the team leader Danny was great explained what he was doing and what was happening and worked with the team to keep the mess to a minimum. Great job

The owner of this Company understands and practices quality work and customer service! Hes a owner that gets and stays involved with the various aspects of their service line. I thought the sales person, Joseph, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the installers were great. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I do a lot of work on my house myself, but could not cope with new windows without major reconstruction. These guys technically do a retro-fit as the new framing goes over some of the old. Love the results, they have one more to come back and do, but nice work, polite, and they come out to re-check results. Went thru Costco program, found them to be better price than Anderson's. Used Milguard Tuscany / double-paned. It was a mid-grade for what they give you to select from. Wide white trim very aesthetic.

I was referred to these guys by a friend and I'm glad I was. We have had a lot of various service providers at our house recently doing a lot of different projects. These guys installed our garden window. The crew showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and actually cleaned up!! I was actually most impressed with the fact that they left the area clean. They took extra care to protect our newly re-modeled kitchen. I really appreciated the care and effort these guys took. I would highly recommend them and if we do any additional windows, they are my first and last call.

I love the new windows. They make such a difference, not only in the look, but also in keeping out the heat and the noise. The three guys who came out to install them were very friendly, and they got the job done quickly and did good work. While there was a mixup in the delivery, Martin took ownership, and it did not delay the installation of the windows at all, they found a way to get it done. I am impressed with his professionalism, as well as with the team who put in the windows. I am definitely looking forward to much lower SDG&E bills this winter, and especially next summer! We love our new Milgard windows! The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable of the product and professional . The prices were very competitive, the sales rep and office staff respond quickly and are very helpful and pleasant to work with. The installation crew worked quickly, quietly and respectfully...with outstanding results. The owner of the company double checked measurements prior to fulfilling the order and inspected the windows after installation. We are very happy with our new windows and highly recommend US Window and Door!

There was a glitch in the billing system for Milford Quiet Line windows, but the kind president of the company corrected it. I really liked Joseph, the salesperson, too.

Amazing. Martin and his team have earned the highest possible praise from me. Here's why: It's tough enough to find people who do what they're paid for. It's almost impossible to find people who do the right thing no matter what -- even if it costs them money. In my situation, Martin knew more about the construction inside the walls of my house (hidden behind the walls) than the city architect with the house plans. Even though the permit for construction was approved, Martin took it upon himself to investigate it further and ultimately saved me a heck of a lot of money and trouble.

All my windows were replaced after obtaining 3 quotes and 2 estimates. US Window and Door was chosen because: The quote was professionally provided in detail, product mark-ups and labor rates were reasonable, they had a better understanding of code compliance and my requirements, the owner comes out to measure all windows himself and has the proper attention to detail, his work crew was courteous and respectful of our property, the windows look great and all work properly. US Window and Door takes great pride in standing behind the product they install and their workmanship. My dealings with this organization were courteous and efficient throughout. i recommend you consider them for your replacement window requirements.

I wanted to replace some older vinyl block windows with a patio door to open up our front room and get some ventilation in the front of the house. Not all contractors call back. Martin and his company called back, knew what I was looking for and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. His crew was courteous, professional and cared about their work. I am completely satisfied and am having additional work done.

Working with US WINDOWS was a great experience. All the people were very professional and knowledgeable. Our condo is 4 stories high and I was amazed at how they were able to get the windows in that high. We had one company tell us that they didnt think that they could do the job because of the height of the building. We are very pleased with the windows and would recommed them to everyone.

This company rocks! We had bids from other vendors in SD for retrofitting an install from another company. The first company erroneously removed all the aluminum frames which resulted in leaks! US Window and Door came in and retrofitted the windows and they look amazing! I couldnt be happier and this company is a stand out in San Diego and the highest marks for customer service!

I'm very pleased with my windows. They look great, block the sun's rays and keep the house super quiet. The workers completed their work in a timely fashion(one day), were pleasant, and cleaned up thoroughly.
