Lost package and getting no answers. Unable to contact the postmaster, cant' even get his/her name.Tracking number indicates it was scanned in at this location but no one knows where it is.

So far this year I have had a ...

I had a package of prescriptions tracked TO this Post Office and the Percocet vanished from the ripped open bag, WITH THE PHARMACY DATA SHEET AND PACKAGEING LIST MISSING, as well. The package was then delivered to me with 2 Rx's, not the 3 originally included. An investigation into the matter was initiated by Kaiser Permanente. RIGHT NOW I am trying to find a SECOND missing prescription for Morphine. ANOTHER NARCOTIC AND AGAIN, tracked UP TO THIS VERY POST OFFICE. 2nd time in less than 4 monthes a narcotic RX has gone MISSING from this Post Office.
