Provided by YPmobileAlways slow service and lines are long. It takes 20 minutes a person to pick up one package, and when it's really busy they should be smart enough to help out where the lines are bad. I'm literally watching some workers not helping the pick up line, and one lady asked the worker who wasn't busy if he would do the pick up and he told her to get back and wait in her line even though he was doing nothing!
