Rude! Rude! Rude! I hate setting foot in there. They cannot keep drivers because their staff is so miserable to work with. At least 4-5 mistakes per month when delivering to my home as well. I would like to remind those miserable people that there are MANY folks out there that would LOVE to have a federal job with federal benefits. Too bad they wasted those jobs on those unappreciative "ladies".

I live in Chateau Village in Bradenton. Terrible mail service. Not just mine. My packages are constantly being delivered to the wrong resident. Most of the time they will bring it to me. I have received the wrong mail also. Christmas time, I bought a present for someone and it was del. to someone else. I could not get my money back, because the PO showed it was delivered. TERRIBLE. I sent a package to my sister and nephew with tracking. They ,the P.O. said they delivered it but she never got it. This is not the first time I had trouble with the po. They refuse to take responsibility for the mail and never follow up on complaints .Most of what they hire are brain dead lowlifes. No wonder they lose money.

When I went to the post office this morning with a package , I will explane the package; I ordered a gift for a friend through amazon I had it shipped to my home when It arrived I opened it and added a few more things to it than I rewrapped it in a white envelope, when I arrived at the post office the clerk informed me that because she could still see the old envelope under the white I had to mail it Parcel post. I did not bat an eye I then finished paying and the clerk her name tag said THERESA said the post office did not appreciate thieves!!! I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told there were non on premises. I have never been so insulted, and I want to know how many times an envelope has to be paid for before it is not considered stolen? Know wander why people are not using the United States Post Office when their costumer service is so Poor.

I order a product online and my post office on 57th ave bradenton lost the product that was suppose to be delivered to my house, they said they delivered, which wasn't true. I contacted them by phone and spoke to mail employee by the the name of carlos, he said he will call me back shortley which he never did, i called back again and left a message with another employee and he said that carlos went on the road,so he took my complaint down and phone number so that carlos will call me when he gets back,he never did call. the following day, i went to the post office after work to talk with a supervisor, Michelle was at the customer desk, she said the supervisor was out. she took my information and went to the back room to check on it and came back to show me a print-out of the delivery, which she said was delivered to my address and i told her i didn't receive it, she then took my information again and said carlos will contact me. I then left for home, carlos call me at my house and said there is nothing he can do, after all that time, i ask him who i can speak to to refund me, he said he don't know and said some-one in my neiboorhood probaby stole it. i will never let my local post office deliver any online order's to my house again. what a rip-off of tax dollars and bad customer service
