Things started off great, then declined so fast. The short story is that my porch needed 3 different inspections and 3 different fixes, which were not being done correctly. Then after making a stupid design choice about the location of the downspout (or not even realizing they needed to think about location), I contacted them to change it as it had caused a stream in my yard. After who knows how many discussions they show up and put it the wrong way. Then when I call them and they tell me there is a $150 fee to change it to the correct location. The downspout is now pouring water towards my house.

US Aluminum Services just finished our screen enclosure, pergola and fire pit and my god did it come out beautiful! They did an excellent job and always kept my wife and I very informed during the whole process. I am recommending them to all of my neighbors! Sad to see that a couple of unsatisfied previous customers are bashing this company - I am sure whatever there problem is they would just been unhappy anyways! Bottom line - great company, competitive price and very innovated on their designs! Give this company an opportunity if you are looking for an enclosure!

US Aluminum Services did a great job on my enclosure. They service met my wife's and mine expectation. The crew was especially friendly and informative. We have referred them to our neighbors.

We had our windows on our sunroom replaced by US Aluminum Services and I think we can fairly say the job has been successfully completed at full satisfaction.

US Aluminum is the screen company to go too. They did a fantastic job on my pool enclosure! I am also very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. If you are looking for a screen company defiantly give US Aluminum a call.

I would like to express my appreciation I had for the work US Aluminum did with my jobs installation. They were very professional, courteous, and did a very nice job with the installation and cleanup. They were also very personable, and one of my children love the magic trick the installer showed him! I have recommended US Aluminum to several of our neighbors that they should consider them for their upcoming projects!

They just completed demoing my existing screen wall and installing posts to my lanai wall and they were very hard workers, were very organized and methodical and did a great job! They also kept us fully informed as they uncovered the existing structure, which helped us to become more comfortable that the integrity of the structure was being addressed as they demolished and built. There efforts are very appreciated!

Sales person didn't know what he was selling. Unkowingly at the time I got a quote for two sides where a third side was clearly needing a kick plate. After several frustrating months trying to coordinate with HOA approval and the papers US Aluminum needed signed I decided to cancel the project. Sales person M. M. said ok I'll have a check sent out. Got a call saying he can't cause it's already being fabricated and that the time limit expired to cancel and get a refund..No permit is done and no authorization has been obtained at this time and they won't refund. M.M. comes back out and wants to charge more for the kick plate 9' ft worth. I say fine. Never got passed on there for can't comfortably use what I paid for yet. Two weeks and can't get an estimate for 9' of kick plate. Installers were great and it does look nice. But beyond that they do not care about customers. With all these issues and several complaints to M.M. and three other employees no one had followed up on the complaints. Will be spending less energy making sure this HOA does not allow there business then the energy spent trying to get it done. Now looking for another company to finish the job. Two stars are for the installers

When I called for a free estimate and the representative was very helpful in setting up an appointment! Once the estimator came out he was very attentive to what I wanted and helped me come up with different options! I eventually chose to have a pergola done and it looks wonderful. Thank you so much!

Quality, Professionalism, and Timeliness. Once they got the hoa approval it was a quick and quality installation. Thank you so much for your hard work and for making the process easy for us.

We had a pool screen enclosure installed a few weeks ago and we just wanted to let you know how great it looks! If I could or knew how I would post pictures. Your employees were also very respectful and did a wonderful job. Thanks again.

US Alum's owner, TJ is arrogrant and impossible to talk to.My screen was put up in bit & pieces of time. Instead of having a crew come and do the whole job, they came for 2 hours one day, then another 2 hours a few days later. It took 3 weeks to do a 2 day job. The crew wasted more time packing & unpacking their equipment. One of the panels needed to be replaced. They send someone 3x and none would go up to do it correctly. Too high for them! - afraid of heights!!?!The salesman John said he would see us throughout the project. I never heard from him after I signed the contract. They don't care about the fine details, just get the job done, right or wrong.

For a company that labels itself "professional" it should look at its customer service habits. Who owns this company??? Can't get an answer, can't get my job done and work was done without my knowledge as work arounds. Terrible

We just had a great experience with US Aluminum Svcs. - we weren't pressured at all by the sales staff, they were timely, did the entire job (not a small job) in about 10 hours and the screen looks great!!

I recently had US Aluminum build a lanai for my home and I get so many compliments on it! I am really happy with the results. Definitely recommend.

There communication and customer service was outstanding! and there sales representative Chris was very helpful and explain everything to me in details. Would recommend to all!1 A+++

Signed contract back in May 25th 2011, going on month 3, still no porch. Two occasions of No Call No Show after I took off from work to be there for 1 demo and 2 install. Ruined weekend plans, not even the respect of a phone call that they were'nt coming.

I have been wanting to put a new railing in on the balcony for a while. I got referred to use US Aluminum Services! and I just love the work that they did! It makes the appearance of my home that much better! And it was all without a hassle!! US Aluminum Services was very accommodating to my needs!

Us Aluminum Services just completed my sunroom in winter garden and did a wonderful job! In the beginning i had received 3 other estimates from other sunroom companies in Orlando, and the Us Aluminum Sales rep sat down in my house 2 times for over an hour drawing out different designs, he was very patient and presence. My project took about 2 weeks to be completed because they had to order custom windows for my sunroom. However during the whole process i was informed on every step of the way! Overall, I am very very impressed with the sunroom that was installed, the quality and design is just way above average! I would recommend this company to anyone!
