had to trave from phx ,az to oslo,norway for family, flight was to philly,pa was ok. from philly to oslo we were in the air for 2 hours when advised back up nav system was not operable and had to return to philly for another plane, transfered to back up plane and sat for over one hour, then where advised of flight change and that would take another hour. flight back from oslo, there was a problem with sewage, but piliot was alert to push off for on-time departure, 2 hours into nine hour flight the restrooms and kitchen where out of water. when airline was contacted they can only offer discounts on future flights that i won't take, but i can give discounts to friend to increase their business.WHAT A JOKE!
