You'll see from many online reviews, that as we had, an outstanding buying experience can be expected from this firm. No, we didn't enter their store looking for a great price. Rather, we found the best mattress we could find and paid whatever the price demanded. We were given the impression they stood by their product. Given a surprising poor quality mattress/box spring, and warranty execution that falls way below what you might be sold, I would advise being *very wary* of their customer service after that initial transaction.
