My dog was injured here and the staff actually hid this fact. I notced 50 miles down the road that his nose was hurt. I put neosporin on it and it healed good. I hadnt noticed til a couple days later that his chim was hurt too and it ended up costing me 130 in dallas tx for vet bils. I called to tell them there may be a problem with the cage and when krystal the manager returned my call he left a message saying sorry about dog getting hurt, and that the staff should have talked to me about it. Yes they should have. His chin became infected before i knew he was hurt and it could have killed him. I have called trying to speak to the owner for 3 weeks now and he wont even call me back. If i lived in Florida i would sue him for being such and uncaring fool. But all i can do is hope this doesnt happen to your pet. They are family to us.

My dog has been to daycare, stayed the night and has been groomed at Up Town. The staff always know him by name and are every welcoming. They will gladly give you a tour of the place which is very clean!!
