They are always helpful and friendly whenever I use them for shipping. I wish they had later hours but otherwise, they are perfect.

Customers beware! The UPS Store on Old Bullard has provided me horrible customer service and has not stood behind their shipping. I shipped a valuable package, insured, and it was damaged in shipping. The UPS Store has done everything in it's power to deny the claim. I have never had such a problem with a company as this one. Use caution in dealing with this store location. I will be advising everyone I know to do the same.
