The worst service, so I paid for 2 day air and the UPS delivery man showed up the day scheduled...he told me that the package was on his list but not in the truck! He then said he really don't check the electronic list or inventory the truck before he begins his route! The worst part is when he left I received a tracking update saying the package was delivered to my house...really?! I called UPS and they told me I could nothing but notify the business I purchased the item from...also there was nothing UPS could do for me?! Can you say LOST?! I paid good money for shipping and the price almost equaled the item I bought! Still waiting...hopefully I get all money back...I will never use UPS again. Romoland UPS can suck it!
