Provided by YP.comSome of the employees here are really very helpful and pleasant. Some are not, like Brian Swales who has a giant attitude problem. From the moment I walked up to the counter, he had a big chip on his shoulder. This man hates being here and hates doing his job. They should put him out of his misery (and ours) by retiring him since they can't fire him. Next time I'll use to Fedex or UPS.
