WARNING - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UNITED SECURITY SYSTEMS!!!!! THEY ARE A DECEPTIVE COMPANY!! Their contract has a THREE YEAR TERM THAT THE CUSTOMER CANNOT CANCEL WITHOUT PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT DUE! We sold our house and tried to cancel the contract. United sent us an invoice for the full remaining term of the contract, over $900! The contract is written in about a 6 font, so the term is easy to miss! The company was totally unwilling to reduce the amount due under the circumstances. Get your alarm services from someone else - seriously!

From the beginning of the consultation process to the install, United Security Systems were professional, educational, and delivered exceptional customer service. The installation technician was friendly and informative, and installed the panel with no wires or cords sticking out. I love being able to arm and disarm my system from my phone, and computer. The peace of mind I feel every time I leave my house, or go to sleep is priceless! I would highly recommend United Security Systems!!!
