I bought insurance with this company since the 1970's. Each time I have attempted to make a death benefits times 3. One was for my father it was a day short of maturity. Two my daughter and three my son. I was told that I had made a loan on them and they were void. True I made one loan on my children policies and the interest rate it up. What I did not understand was that it was money I paid in. Please If I did had not paid then there be no loan to give me. Some were a one hundred dollar loan. So what happened to the other money I paid into the policy? They never gave me but a small loan but I paid on those policies. It was like being conned. If I did not had a policy I Would not have been given the loan. they were not a loan company. I guess I am complaining because I had paid in full on seven policies and never received anything. I am still wondering how could pay all that money and receive nothing.

My Mother was with United Insurance of America and I started my policy in 1991 and thy're trying to tell me I started in 1999 which is not true, I was told by one of the agents and his supervisor at my house ,they told me I would be finish paying sometime in 2015 ,when I called and talked to several agents and they gave me the supervisor named Stan,he was saying the same thing I would be finish in 2019 which is a Lie. I was told by him he would be by the house by Tuesday or Thursday, he didn't come or call , I been trying to get in contact with him leaving message for him to see my records, but he hasn't called me back , but they hurried and sent another payment letter for the next month, but I would like to know about my records and my ending date in 2015. Please call me

My mother was having a problem with one of her policues and after calling the offices in Texas and St. Louis and getting minimal help we call the Hillside Office in IL. I spoke to a gentleman byt he name of Charles Boyle District Manager District 25. With Charles help we got answers thathelped us look into other information to see what step we need to take.

Thanks to Mr. Charles Boyle (hope this is the correct last name spelling) for his patient and help though this.
