Excellent Painting Service by swick - 09/03/2008We have had several occasions to use the services Unique Techniques. They have painted our home both inside and out with great results. The owener, Nathanael Folkerts, is a reliable and consistently meticulous manager and professional painter. He and his crew do a beautiful job of painting.They are courteous, punctual and leave the area clean and tidy after each day of work. I am happy to recommend the services of Unique Techniques.
Stellar attention to detail! by GavinB - 07/23/2008The most recent job we had Mr. Folkerts of Unique Techniques do for us was the repaint of the outside of our home and a complete 'overhaul' of the interior. His crew was completely done with the exterior of our 2 story, 4000 sqft home in just two days. They sealed all cracks, primed all raw wood and changed color in that time! Mr. Folkerts himself oversaw all work inside where his expertise really showed. He helped choose custom colors that tied the new construction into the old, refinished all the ugly dark wood trim to a beautiful, modern white and threw in accent colors that made the neighbors jealous! I have to admit my design ideas would have looked terrible without his recommended changes. We are very impressed and have referred him to everyone we know.
I should also mention this was the 3rd time we used him, but the first on our own house (instead of rental) and as always, the price was right. Highly recommended! Nathanael has my number for anyone seriously searching
