I am so glad that I chose to go through and use this company for my wedding. The lady Anyela was such a friendly person and she was patient with me while going throughout this process. I felt like I was in good hands right from the start. This is a family company so you have to go to her house for business. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Worse Customer Service Ever!!!! I tried and call several times and no one answers the phone. I sent an email with my request and it took the owner 3 days to get back to me, once she did get back with me she told me that I could only pick up the equipment on Friday at 10am, unfortunately like most of the world both my husband and I work. When I asked her for an alternate time and/or date she ignored my messages. After three emails and two days of waiting she emailed me to tell me that is her only time available and that is it. I will never use her service again and absolutely never refer anyone to her. PS: I used this service one other time and the chairs were so dirty that we had to scrub them with bleach before we could use them, this was my second try and thankfully it was not meant to be. This person is too unprofessional and obviously doesn't care about customer service or the customer. Today is Thursday and my party is on Sunday, after wasting a week with this person, I have to find elsewhere to provide me with the equipment needed.

I got married November 2011. I needed chair covers and everyone else I talked to wanted way to much! This is a small company with very good prices and great customer service! They were willing to help, and honest. If I ever need to rent anything else for any type of party, this is where I will go and will send anyone I kno!!
